I just came across an excellent presentation on the way the web is evolving from a one way dialogue to a more conversational communication. It touches on a broad range of topics including structures and information architecture, user experience, content and communication. However the brilliance of it is in the way it conveys many of these ideas - it’s by far the most complete and engaging presentation I’ve seen in a while.

Whilst it’s not directly related to web teams, I think it’s definitely a resource to keep in mind when trying to explain the role of web teams in an evloving online world. It’s also a fantastic example of how to present some quite complex ideas in a simple and easy to understand way.

The presenter is Andrew Hinton, and suggest you head over to his blog to find out more about it. Whilst I’ve embedded the presentation here, it’s well worth viewing it at the Slideshare site in full screen mode.
